"The four elements to prospecting: Target, Channel, Message, Timing"

I just found this on reddit.

If your not getting responses on your cold emails. It could be either one of these.

Targeting: maybe you need to niche down more or go wider.

Channel: If your just doing email, maybe you need to do cold DM, or cold call.

Message: Change the message up maybe its your sales copy.

Timing: it's all about timing if you message some one at the right or wrong time it could make or break the deal.

I would also add the offer.

Offer: If your offer is not so good that they feel stupid saying no. Then that may be the problem, it's not enticing enough.

I would also change target to Avatar.

So it would go Offer, Avatar, Message, Channel, and Timing.

This is a good framework to think through this with and I'm glad I found it.
