Anger is a valid Emotion ...

All emotions exist for a reason including anger.

All emotions are just another source of information.

Emotions are just a way that your mind gives you feed back.

Listen to the anger see what it's telling you.

Anger is a useful emotion and form of information.

When you suppress the anger over and over again without addressing the thing that is making you angry. You Explode. This is why anger is seen as a bad emotion.

Anger is a protection against being hurt.

Anger is a sign that your boundaries have been crossed.

Controlling anger is not  the goal. Living with it is.

Anger is just looking out for you like all your other emotions are.

Accept the anger and live with it, don't deny the anger and suppress it.

Acknowledge that you are allowed to feel anger, just don't let it control you.

Feeling anger is not bad, Crashing out while you are angry is bad.

Don't seek what angers you.
